Igniting Your Creativity, A Yoga and Art Workshop
Park Slope Yoga Center, 837 Union St. 2nd floor, Park Slope, Brooklyn
Heal in whatever way you need, through the use of intention. This fun and engaging workshop encourages participants to couple their yoga practice with creative intention. It will include 45-minutes of YOGA practice, a 20- minute guided Yoga Nidra MEDITATION, and 45-minutes of ART making with easy-to-use materials (provided). The yoga will be appropriate for any level of practice, and no prior art making experience is necessary, only an open mind.
